When confronting skin cancer, Dr. Kurnick’s approach is both aggressive and meticulous, ensuring complete oncologic clearance while preserving surrounding healthy tissue. He has become a regional authority in the excision of melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma, utilizing advanced techniques such as Mohs micrographic surgery, staged excisions, and sentinel lymph node biopsy. His operative plans are meticulously crafted, integrating pre‑operative imaging, intra‑operative margin assessment, and reconstructive strategies that prioritize both oncologic safety and aesthetic outcome. Patients benefit from his ability to seamlessly transition from tumor removal to immediate reconstruction, often employing local flaps or grafts that restore function and appearance in a single operative session.

In the realm of cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Kurnick combines his surgical precision with a refined aesthetic sensibility to deliver transformative results. His portfolio includes facial rejuvenation procedures such as facelifts, brow lifts, and eyelid surgery, as well as non‑surgical interventions like injectable neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and laser resurfacing.
