Throughout his medical school years, Dr. Bowen demonstrated an unwavering commitment to patient care, volunteering at community health clinics and gaining early exposure to the diverse medical needs of both urban and rural populations.

Following medical school, Dr. Bowen pursued a rigorous residency at Fellowship Hospital, completing his training in 1984.
