Whether utilizing silicone gel, saline, or the latest cohesive gel technology, Couri meticulously balances volume and projection to achieve natural‑looking results that complement the patient’s body proportions. His expertise extends to complex revisionary cases, where he skillfully addresses capsule contracture, asymmetry, and implant malposition, often employing advanced techniques such as total capsulectomy and dual‑plane placement to restore optimal contour and comfort. Moreover, he integrates adjunctive procedures like mastopexy and fat grafting when indicated, ensuring a harmonious silhouette that enhances both form and function.

In the realm of liposuction, Dr. Couri has become a leading authority on high‑definition body sculpting, employing state‑of‑the‑art technologies such as power‑assisted and ultrasound‑assisted liposuction to achieve precise fat removal while preserving vital neurovascular structures. By combining strategic fat excision with strategic fat grafting, Couri can accentuate muscular definition and improve contouring, delivering results that appear both natural and athletic. His commitment to safety is evident in his meticulous pre‑operative mapping, intra‑operative monitoring, and postoperative protocols, which collectively minimize the risk of seroma, contour irregularities, and postoperative discomfort.

He employs a comprehensive approach that includes precise rectus diastasis repair, meticulous removal of excess skin, and strategic liposuction to refine the waistline. For patients with significant abdominal laxity, Couri utilizes advanced fascial plication techniques and, when appropriate, incorporates progressive tension sutures to reduce seroma formation and enhance scar quality. His expertise also encompasses combined procedures, such as the “Mommy Makeover,” where abdominoplasty is seamlessly integrated with breast revision and thigh liposuction, delivering a comprehensive transformation in a single operative session. Throughout each case, Dr. Couri emphasizes individualized planning, ensuring that the surgical plan aligns with the patient’s body type, lifestyle, and desired outcome, thereby delivering results that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally supportive.
