Her time at USC also provided early exposure to reconstructive surgery, sparking a lifelong fascination with the delicate balance between functional restoration and aesthetic refinement.

Following medical school, Dr. Frazar pursued a highly competitive residency in plastic surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a program renowned for its rigorous operative volume and comprehensive training in both cosmetic and reconstructive disciplines. During her residency, she honed her technical mastery across a spectrum of procedures, ranging from complex microsurgical free‑flap reconstructions to nuanced facial aesthetic surgeries. She also served as a chief resident, overseeing a cohort of junior trainees, coordinating multidisciplinary case conferences, and spearheading quality‑improvement initiatives that reduced operative complications by 15% within her program.

Beyond her formal residency, Dr. Frazar completed fellowships in facial plastic surgery and aesthetic rejuvenation, deepening her expertise in rhinoplasty, facial contouring, and minimally invasive technologies. These fellowships afforded her the opportunity to work alongside internationally recognized masters of facial aesthetics, where she refined her skill set in advanced techniques such as three‑dimensional cartilage sculpting, fat grafting, and laser‑assisted skin resurfacing. Surgical Expertise

Dr. Frazar’s surgical repertoire is anchored in facial plastic surgery, where she has become a sought‑after authority for patients seeking both transformative and subtle enhancements. Her approach to rhinoplasty, for instance, blends structural precision with aesthetic nuance, employing open and closed techniques tailored to each patient’s nasal architecture. She utilizes computer‑assisted planning and intra‑operative navigation to achieve optimal dorsal alignment, tip projection, and airway functionality, ensuring that each result harmonizes with the patient’s facial proportions and breathing needs. Her dedication to preserving natural contours has earned her a reputation for delivering outcomes that are indistinguishable from the patient’s original anatomy, yet markedly refined.

In the realm of facial rejuvenation, Dr. Frazar employs a comprehensive suite of interventions that address the multifactorial nature of aging. She integrates facelifts, brow lifts, and volume restoration procedures such as autologous fat transfer and hyaluronic acid fillers, creating a layered approach that restores youthful vitality while maintaining expressive dynamism. Her expertise in deep plane facelifts, combined with meticulous tissue handling, minimizes scarring and maximizes long‑term durability. Moreover, she incorporates adjunctive technologies—including radiofrequency skin tightening and platelet‑rich plasma therapy—to enhance collagen synthesis and improve skin texture, offering patients a holistic rejuvenation experience that transcends traditional surgical boundaries.

Beyond facial work, Dr. Frazar is proficient in a broad spectrum of aesthetic surgeries that encompass body contouring, breast augmentation, and minimally invasive procedures. Her breast surgery portfolio includes both augmentation and mastopexy, where she emphasizes implant positioning, scar concealment, and preservation of breast tissue integrity. In body contouring, she employs advanced liposuction techniques such as power‑assist and ultrasound‑assisted lipolysis, delivering sculpted results with reduced postoperative discomfort. She employs a pre‑operative optimization program that screens for comorbidities, assesses nutritional status, and coordinates with primary care physicians to ensure patients are medically fit for surgery. Intra‑operatively, she utilizes state‑of‑the‑art anesthesia monitoring, real‑time imaging, and standardized surgical checklists modeled after the World Health Organization’s surgical safety protocol.
