Following medical school, Dr. Dillow pursued a rigorous residency in general surgery at a leading academic medical center, where he refined his operative dexterity and acquired a comprehensive understanding of perioperative care. The residency program emphasized high‑volume exposure to complex abdominal, thoracic, and vascular procedures, providing him with a breadth of experience that would later prove invaluable in the nuanced field of aesthetic surgery. Surgical Expertise

In the realm of breast augmentation, Dr. Jeffrey Dillow has become a sought‑after surgeon known for his meticulous technique and individualized approach. He routinely utilizes a combination of state‑of‑the‑art imaging software and three‑dimensional modeling to help patients visualize potential outcomes, ensuring that the chosen implant size, shape, and placement align perfectly with the patient’s body proportions and aesthetic goals. His surgical repertoire includes both subglandular and submuscular placement, as well as the increasingly popular pre‑pectoral technique, each selected based on a thorough assessment of tissue quality, chest wall anatomy, and lifestyle considerations. By employing a gentle handling of the surrounding tissue and meticulous hemostasis, Dr. Dillow minimizes postoperative discomfort and reduces the risk of capsular contracture, delivering results that appear both natural and harmonious.

Liposuction, another cornerstone of Dr. Dillow’s practice, is performed with an emphasis on precision, safety, and sculptural artistry. He leverages advanced technologies such as ultrasound‑assisted liposuction (UAL) and power‑assist devices to achieve optimal fat removal while preserving the integrity of surrounding structures. His comprehensive preoperative mapping identifies specific adipose deposits that can be targeted for removal or, alternatively, harvested for autologous fat transfer to enhance other areas of the body. This dual‑purpose strategy not only refines contour but also provides a source of natural filler for facial rejuvenation, breast reconstruction, or buttock augmentation. Dr. Dillow’s commitment to meticulous technique is evident in his careful cannula selection, strategic incisions, and diligent postoperative monitoring, which collectively contribute to smooth recovery and lasting results.

When it comes to abdominoplasty, commonly known as the “tummy tuck,” Dr. Dillow approaches each case with a comprehensive plan that addresses both excess skin and underlying muscular laxity. He employs a tailored surgical strategy that may include full‑width or limited‑incision techniques, depending on the patient’s specific anatomy and desired aesthetic outcome. By incorporating advanced fascial plication methods, he restores the integrity of the abdominal wall, creating a flatter, more toned appearance. In addition, he frequently combines abdominoplasty with adjunctive procedures such as liposuction of the flanks and hips, or a mini‑lipo of the upper abdomen, to achieve harmonious contouring throughout the trunk. Dr. Dillow’s meticulous attention to scar placement, meticulous suturing, and the use of progressive tension sutures significantly reduce tension on the incision line, promoting optimal healing and minimizing visible scarring.

Commitment to Patient Safety

Dr. Jeffrey Dillow’s unwavering dedication to patient safety is reflected in his active involvement with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), where he contributes to the development of clinical guidelines and participates in ongoing educational initiatives. As a member of ASPS, he adheres to a rigorous code of ethics that emphasizes evidence‑based practice, transparent patient communication, and continuous quality improvement. His engagement with the society also provides him with early access to emerging research, innovative technologies, and best‑practice protocols, ensuring that his patients benefit from the most current advancements in the field. Dr. Dillow regularly attends ASPS conferences and workshops, where he both learns from and shares his own expertise with fellow surgeons, reinforcing a culture of collective responsibility for safety and excellence.

This award, based on extensive patient feedback and outcome metrics, highlights his ability to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in the surgical process.
