This breadth of expertise enables her to navigate complex cases where skin cancer excision and aesthetic reconstruction must be balanced, delivering outcomes that prioritize both oncologic safety and visual harmony.

One of Dr. Kardashian’s hallmark procedures is Mohs micrographic surgery, a gold‑standard technique for the removal of skin cancers with maximal tissue preservation. She has performed thousands of Mohs surgeries, each guided by real‑time histopathologic assessment that ensures complete tumor clearance while sparing healthy surrounding tissue. Her skill in orchestrating staged excisions and immediate reconstructive closures has dramatically reduced recurrence rates and minimized postoperative scarring. In addition to Mohs, she excels in wide local excision of high‑risk skin cancers, employing meticulous margin assessment and advanced closure methods such as flap reconstruction, grafting, and tension‑free suturing to restore both function and form.

Beyond oncologic surgery, Dr. Kardashian is a recognized authority in laser surgery and non‑ablative skin resurfacing. She utilizes state‑of‑the‑art fractional CO₂ lasers, pulsed dye lasers, and intense pulsed light (IPL) systems to address a spectrum of dermatologic concerns, from vascular lesions and pigmented nevi to fine rhytides and textural irregularities. Her laser protocols are customized to each patient’s skin type, lesion characteristics, and aesthetic goals, ensuring optimal efficacy while mitigating the risk of hyperpigmentation or adverse healing. Moreover, she incorporates adjunctive technologies such as radiofrequency microneedling and ultrasound‑guided high‑intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) to stimulate collagen remodeling and achieve rejuvenative outcomes without invasive surgery.

In the realm of cosmetic rejuvenation, Dr. Kardashian offers a comprehensive suite of procedures that blend minimally invasive techniques with surgical artistry. Her expertise includes facial fat grafting, chin and cheek augmentation, and complex facial aesthetic surgery, all performed with a meticulous eye for facial proportion and symmetry. She is adept at utilizing injectable dermal fillers and neuromodulators to restore lost volume, smooth dynamic lines, and enhance facial contours, employing a layered approach that respects the underlying anatomy and preserves natural movement. For patients seeking more extensive transformation, she performs rhytidectomy (facelift) procedures that combine traditional incisional techniques with modern endoscopic assistance, achieving a rejuvenated appearance with reduced operative time and accelerated recovery.

Complementing her surgical skill set is a deep commitment to comprehensive skin care. Dr. Kardashian designs individualized skin maintenance regimens that incorporate medical‑grade topical agents, photoprotection strategies, and lifestyle counseling to sustain the health of the skin before and after procedures.
