This belief is rooted in a deep respect for the individuality of each patient, recognizing that the decision to pursue plastic or reconstructive surgery is often intertwined with personal narratives, cultural identity, and future aspirations. Dr. Gikas approaches each case as a collaborative partnership, spending extensive time listening to the patient’s goals, concerns, and expectations.
