His ability to anticipate tissue dynamics, vascular considerations, and scar formation ensures outcomes that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust.

In addition to his foundation in facial reconstruction, Dr. Foulad is a certified specialist in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, which augments his capacity to address complex airway and structural concerns that intersect with cosmetic goals. This dual expertise enables him to perform intricate procedures such as facial feminization surgery, where subtle alterations to the jawline, brow, and chin require both otolaryngologic insight and artistic sensibility. Moreover, his proficiency in Cosmetic Facial Surgery extends to advanced minimally invasive techniques, including endoscopic brow lifts, laser skin resurfacing, and injectable volumizing agents. By blending traditional open approaches with state‑of‑the‑art technology, he delivers results that are natural, durable, and tailored to each patient’s unique facial architecture.

Among Dr. Foulad’s signature offerings are Neck Liposuction and Buccal Fat Removal, procedures that have become increasingly sought after by high‑profile individuals seeking refined contouring without overt surgical footprints.
